Ok, I said I will not be blogging for a while, but I can’t help it. My warden sent me a URL about Google’s new T-Mobile G1. I guess she has been trying to dissuade me from getting the iPhone.

The iPhone is a beautiful piece of equipment that causes the heart to skip a beat when you first touch it. The iPhone is fun and addictive, and really hard to put down. The iPhone is the best mobile Mp3 player that integrates nicely with the best MP3 player on the Windows platform – iTunes. The iPhone has… err.. a crappy 2Mpx camera…

When asked for his divine opinion, Mr. Scrumpiness, my buddy-in-crime said,

sounds pretty much the same as other phones, but it depends on the user. More suited to people in US where they can benefit directly from Amazon’s delivery. In terms of specs, I think it’s comparable to iPhone and other PDA phones.

But when I pointed out that there is a lack of video capture, which some folks use for very importance occasions when they find a need to post their sexual encounters on the balcony, he had a ready answer to it.

i usually get one of my spare babes to film the action (using a real video cam). Then when I’m done, i oso get to screw the camera woman

Trust Mr. Scrumpiness to always provide me with excellent answers.

So, what do you think? Is this G1 any good like any of Google’s creations? Time will tell. Despite being a self-proclaimed techie, I am always wary of things that spell “version 1”.
